Fuzzy Multi-criteria Decision Model to Support Product Quality Improvement

Abstract: Improving product quality while making decisions remains a challenge. The objective of this research was to develop a model that supports the precise enhancement of product quality through comprehensive analysis of possibilities, product incompatibilities, root causes, and recommended improvement actions.
