Fuzzy-multiple estimates of the parameter uncertainty influence in the computing devices elements calculating theory

Abstract: A method for obtaining estimates for the scatter errors of endogenous characteristics in models for calculating the parameters of communication lines for elements of modern high-speed computing devices in the form of multilayer printed circuit boards is presented.
