The superconducting state of pairs of spinless quasiparticles with parastatistics is considered on the basis of a model Hamiltonian in mean-field approximation. It is shown that the energy gap do and critical temperature T, increase as exp (-1 /pzJ.) at a definite weak-coupling parameter A with increasing rank p of parastatistics. The characteristic ratio 2A0/Tc and the typical pair size diminish. Thermodynamic properties of the system near the phase transition and parameters of the Ginzburg-Landau theory are calculated. The obtained results are discussed in connection with a set of experimental data.
