Garlic as a Functional Material: -Anti bacterial Activity of Garlic Peel against Colletotrichum acutatum-

Abstract: Aomori Prefecture produces garlic on a large scale. The yield is about 80% of the national output. In proportion to the amount of garlic, large amount of peel is also produced.
