Abstract:Glomus tumor is an uncommon mesenchymal neoplasm usually described in the distal extremities, and rarely involving visceral organs. We report the case of a 27-year-old Filipino female who presented with episodes of dizziness and weakness, associated with a low hemoglobin count.
