Abstract:The objective of this work is to analyze empowerment based on gender and racial equality in Brazilian society. We have performed documental and quantitative research using data extracted from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, Center of Educational, Cultural and Community Action Studies and Research and Union Socioeconomic Statistics and Studies Department databases.
