Generalized Empirical Regret Bounds for Control of Renewable Energy Systems in Spatiotemporally Varying Environments

Abstract: This paper focuses on the empirical derivation of regret bounds for mobile systems that can optimize their locations in real time within a spatiotemporally varying renewable energy resource.
