Generalized Inverse Matrix Construction for Code Based Cryptography

Abstract: <p>The generalized inverses of systematic non-square binary matrices have applications in mathematics, channel coding and decoding, navigation signals, machine learning, data storage and cryptography such as the McEliece and Niederreiter public-key cryptosystems.
