Generalized Lymphadenopathy as the First Manifestation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract: Lymphadenopathy (LAP) is a common but nonspecific feature of many diseases, representing a vast spectrum of etiologies such as infectious or inflammatory diseases, malignancies, and drugs.
