Abstract: Generalized Pustular Psoriasis (GPP) is a dermatological autoinflammatory disease that rarely occurs in children and is associated with complex genetic factors. GPP pathogenesis has been associated with mutations in IL36RN gene, which encodes an interleukin-36 receptor antagonist.
