Abstract: BackgroundThe production of N-linked glycoproteins in genetically amenable bacterial hosts offers great potential for reduced cost, faster/simpler bioprocesses, greater customisation and utility for distributed manufacturing of glycoconjugate vaccines and glycoprotein therapeutics.
