Abstract:The present study investigated the association of genetic predisposition for white matter hyperintensities (WMHs) with incident amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) or Alzheimer’s disease (AD), as well as whether such an association was influenced by age, sex, and cognitive reserve.
