Genetically modified soybean plants and their ecosystem

Abstract: Transgenic plants are developed by introgressing new genes using methods of molecular genetics and genetic engineering. The presence of these genes in plant genome is identified on the basis of specific oligonucleotides primers, and the use of PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and DNA fragments multiplication.
