Abstract:Diagnosis of Behçet's disease in a subject implies that the monosymptomatic aphthae in other members of the family, which are also caused by genetic factors, should be considered as malignant aphthosis. In seronegative juvenile rheumatoid arthritis without common symptoms with anterior uveitis, genetic factors also play an important role.
