Abstract:Here, we describe the complete genome sequence and molecular characterization of a novel ourmia-like virus, tentatively named “Botryosphaeria dothidea ourmia-like virus 3” (BdOLV3), isolated from the phytopathogenic fungus Botryosphaeria dothidea strain ZM190712-1, associated with branch dieback of walnut in Henan Province, China.
