Abstract:Metabolic dysfunction-associated Fatty Liver Disease (MAFLD) has emerged as one of the leading cardiometabolic diseases. Friend of GATA2 (FOG2) is a transcriptional co-regulator that has been shown to regulate hepatic lipid metabolism and accumulation.
