Abstract: To estimate genetic and environmental effects on traits associated with garlic (Allium sativum L.) functional value and postharvest quality, the content of total organosulfur compounds, phenolics, and solids were determined in selected garlic cultivars grown at four locations in Mendoza, Argentina.
