Genotyping technology: the present and the future

Abstract: Genotyping technologies for single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) have matured greatly in recent years. Although a universal method that meets all genotyping needs does not exist, many innovative, robust, high‐throughput, and cost‐effective approaches have been developed.
