GERMINAÇÃO DE TRIGO INOCULADO COM Azospirillum brasilense SOB DISTINTOS pHs DA ÁGUA DE EMBEBIÇÃO

Abstract: O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a qualidade fisiológica de sementes de trigo submetidas a inoculação com a bactéria fixadora de azoto Azospirillum brasilense, estirpes Ab-V5 e Ab-V6, em função do pH da água de embebição. Para tal, avaliou-se a germinação das sementes do trigo e a atividade da bactéria durante o desenvolvimento inicial de plântulas. “…Among the factors that can affect the interaction between plant and A. brasilense are the pH of the soaking solution, mixture with chemical treatments, the use of osmoprotective additives and the presence of mineral nitrogen. Bacteria activity increases in soils with a pH between 6 to 6.5 (Pinto et al, 2017).
