Germline mutations in seemingly sporadic pancreatic cancer.

Abstract: 312 Background: Genetic predisposition underlies approximately 10% of pancreatic cancer (PC). Germline mutations in BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, ATM, TP53, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, PRSS1, APC, BMPR1A, STK11, CDKN2A, and SMAD4 are associated with PC susceptibility.
