Giant anomalous Hall and Nernst conductivities in cubic Fe3Pt and Ni3In

Abstract: The topological anomalous Hall effect (AHE) and the anomalous Nernst effect (ANE) are of great interest for the development of spintronic devices for energy-efficient data storage and energy harvesting. Using first-principles calculations, we have studied the anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC) and anomalous Nernst conductivity (ANC) of six ferromagnetic compounds Co3Al, Fe3Ge, Fe3Pt, Ni3Ga, Ni3In, and Rh3Cr belonging to the cubic Cu3Au structure.
