Abstract: Giant cerebellar cavernomas in children are rare and must be differentiated from hemorrhagic cerebellar tumors. The diagnosis and treatment of giant cerebellar cavernomas is challenging, but complete surgical resection can lead to favorable outcomes and complete neurological recovery in most cases.
