Abstract:The side effects of an antipsychotic drug, such as fibrous overgrowth and gingival inflammation, or a combination of both, can lead to gingival enlargement. Causes for developing plaque include neglected cleanliness, architectural differences disturbing contact, faulty restorative buildup, cavities, and orthodontic appliances.
