Glanzmann's disease; gingival bleeding despite good OH

Abstract: Gingival bleeding is most commonly due to plaque-related gingivitis. Haemostasis depends upon three phasesa vascular phase, a platelet phase and blood coagulation (clotting). Defects in any phase may lead to a bleeding tendency.
