Gluten-Free Crackers Preparation

Abstract: The present work was carried out to prepare gluten free crackers of high quality for celiac ailment patients. Gluten free crackers prepared from rice flour, lentil flour and quinoa flour is an innovative and highly nutritious snacks produce.
