Abstract: Glymphatic dysfunction can contribute to Parkinson’s disease (PD). Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) disturbs sleep, which is necessary for its proper function, and is frequent in PD. We investigated the glymphatic function in de novo PD and its relation to OSA.
