Abstract:Background: To clarify the neural correlates underlying psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES), we compared glymphatic system activity between patients with PNES and healthy participants using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)-analysis along the perivascular space (ALPS) method.
