Abstract: Grape pomace (GP), a by‐product of wine production, contains bioactive polyphenols with potential health benefits. This study investigates the anti‐inflammatory properties of a polyphenolic fraction derived from GP, obtained by ultrasound‐microwave hybrid extraction and purified using ion‐exchange chromatography.
