Green tea extract as a successful topical treatment option in children with perianal condylomata

Abstract

Correspondence Clinical Letter as proactive treatment to avoid relapse was the cause of our patient's freedom from symptoms. Although there are only a few published cases of successful treatment with green tea extract 10 % ointment in children [16-18], we believe that this therapeutic option for treatment of condylomata acuminata in children could well be useful despite its off-label status.
