Greening the Workforce: A Strategic Way to Spur the Environmental Performance in the Hotel Industry

Abstract: The study examines the effect of green human resource management (GHRM) on the environmental performance of hotels. It also investigates the crucial role of pro-environmental psychological capital, psychological green climate, and pro-environmental behaviors to enhance the environmental performance.
