Abstract:A solar photovoltaic (PV) water pumping system with bidirectional power flow control is proposed in this research. The brushless DC (BLDC) motor-drive without phase current sensors is used to power the pump. The water pump may be operated at full capacity, around-the-clock, and in any weather, thanks to this device's ability to provide electricity to a single-phase utility grid when not in use for pumping water.
