Groping in the Dark with the “Non-Places” BRICS: Geopolitics of the Emergence of an Empire or States Racing to the Bottom?

Abstract: Theorization of regionalism is yet to resolve the question of the appropriateness of amalgamation versus pluralism jurisdiction.
