“…Again these findings are limited by methodological issues such as sample size and lack of control group, however the findings suggest that some improvements in language functioning may be possible using this approach. The importance of communicative success, social reintegration and an opportunity to narrate the consequences of aphasia is highlighted as key components of the intervention similar to the work of Radonjic and Rakuscek (1991). The inclusion of these targets would suggest that the focus of the intervention was on the ICF domains of activity and participation however no outcome measures were employed that captured these areas of functioning.…”
