Abstract:In the present work the growth of potassium dihydrogen phosphate crystal doped with nicotinic acid at various concentrations is reported. KDP is a well -known optical material having different applications in electro-optics and laser technology. Nicotinic acid doped KDP crystal is grown using slow solvent evaporation technique.
