GSDM gene polymorphisms regulate the IgE level in asthmatic patients

Abstract: Background Gasdermin A (GSDMA) and gasdermin B (GSDMB) have been associated with childhood and adult asthma in many populations including the Jordanian population. It is also known that IgE plays a crucial role in various allergic disorders, such elevated levels of total serum IgE were detected in asthma and allergic rhinitis.
