Abstract: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are commonly utilized in tumor treatment. However, they still have limitations, including insufficient effectiveness and unavoidable adverse events. It has been demonstrated that gut microbiota can influence the effectiveness of ICIs, although the precise mechanism remains unclear.
