H<sub>∞</sub> Filtering for Network-Based Systems with Consecutive Packet Dropouts and Delayed Measurements

Abstract: The filtering problem is studied for a class of discrete-time systems under the effect of the networks. The investigated issues involved by the network include the consecutive packet dropouts and the one-step transmission delays which can be described by a sequence of mutually independent Bernoulli distributed stochastic variables.
