Hadron formation in a non-ideal quark gluon plasma using Mayer's method of cluster expansion

Abstract: This work investigates the applicability of using the Mayer's cluster expansion method to derive the equation of state (EoS) of the quark-antiquark plasma. Dissociation of heavier hadrons in QGP is studied. The possibility of the existence of quarkonium after deconfinement at higher temperature than the critical temperature T > T c is investigated. The EoS has been studied by calculating second and third cluster integrals. The results are compared and discussed with available works.
