Hamstring Flexibility in Adolescent with or Without Plantar Flexion- A Narrative Review.

Abstract: Background: Flexibility is a property of the muscle to be lengthened to achieve required range of motion. Hamstring muscle constitutes posterior compartment of thigh, which consists of semimembranosus and semitendinosus, biceps femoris, and primarily response for knee flexion.
