Abstract:Solid-state DC circuit breakers provide crucial support for the safe and reliable operation of low-voltage DC distribution networks. A hardware topology based on a cascaded structure with dual-stage, current-limiting, small-capacity, solid-state DC circuit breakers has been proposed.
