Having a Closer Look at Women's Leadership Research With Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract:This study aimed to identify main and promising research topics on women's leadership and refine publication policies for future studies. Using articles titled “women's leadership” from the Web of Science database, bibliometric analysis was conducted on 474 unique keywords across 189 articles. Findings revealed “leadership,” “gender,” “women,” and “gender diversity” as main research topics, with “gender diversity,” “intersectionality,” and “resilience” emerging as current themes.
