Abstract

The results of researches underlining an insistent necessity for toughening of control after high quality of foodstuffs are driven, first of all, in regard to maintenance of different trace elements. It is well-proven that for the estimation of biological value of drinking-water it is necessary to study meaningfulness of not only her separate parameters for an organism but also aleak in a water environment processes, their role for the normal vital functions of man. Underline, that at all importance of influence of housing environment on the health of man she remains the least studied (absence of hygienical norms, integral methods of estimation etc.). Expediency of program of ecological education and educating of population development is well-proven are considered.
