Heart failure virtual consultation: caters for frailer, multimorbid and remote patients

Abstract: Background: The heart failure (HF) virtual consultation (VC) is an eHealth tool for delivery of peer-to-peer specialist advice to general practitioners (GPs) to discuss HF diagnosis/management.
