Abstract:This paper presents analytic study of heat and mass transfer in a two-dimensional, unsteady flow of Maxwell nanofluids over a horizontal stretching sheet. The non-linear governing equations with the relevant boundary conditions have been simplified by using similarity transformations and the resulting equations are solved by using the homotopy analysis method. The convergence and accuracy of the solutions are verified. Impacts of magnetic field, thermal radiation, heat source, surface permeability and chemical… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
