Microorganisms are the most diverse organisms in the world. Microorganisms live together in a certain environment and gradually form a stable collective through interaction, which is a microbial community. So far, many researchers have devoted themselves to the study of microbial community structure to explore microbial diversity, but it is difficult to present the research results in a simple form, and the characteristics of information transmission of biosensor technology can be used to present the research results to researchers. Therefore, this paper A microbial visualization platform based on biosensors is built. After sequencing, OTU clustering and other operations, high-definition images are generated by visualization tools, and researchers can analyze the α-diversity and β-diversity of microbial communities based on the images.
