Hellp Syndrome With Placental Abruption and Fetal Death: A Case Report

Abstract: The HELLP syndrome – defined as haemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and thrombocytopenia – consists of an advanced stage of preeclampsia (PE), which can affect 0.6% of pregnancies and 4-12% of patients with severe PE.
