Abstract:Hemolytic uremic syndrome is a form of thrombotic microangiopathy which takes its clinical course by a triad of symptoms: microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia and acute renal failure. We review a considerable amount of literature about the mentioned problem.
