Abstract: Introduction To evaluate the therapeutic effect of a new drainage procedure for treating subretinal hemorrhage (SRH) in hemorrhagic retinal detachment (RD) in patients with polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV). Methods Forty-three eyes with hemorrhagic RD attributable to PCV underwent vitrectomy.
