Heparin-associated antiplatelet antibodies increase morbidity and mortality in hemodialysis patients

Abstract: Conclusion:The risk of upper extremity deep vein thrombosis (UEDVT) increases in patients with inherited thrombophilia. Oral contraceptives increase the risk of UEDVT thrombosis only in patients with inherited thrombophilia.
