Hepaticojejunostomy with gastric access loop versus conventional hepaticojejunostomy: a randomized trial

Abstract: Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy (RYHJ) with the provision of “gastric access loop” was developed to shorten the distance traveled by the endoscope to reach hepaticojejunostomy (HJ) anastomotic site.
